Service Description

billli provides an online invoicing platform for creating Swiss QR-Bill compliant invoices. The service includes client management, invoice generation, PDF export, and email sending capabilities.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Pricing and Payment

We offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via QR-invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

User Obligations

You agree to:

Data Ownership

Invoice Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the invoices you create using the service. Flathunters Sàrl provides a tool for generating invoices but does not verify the correctness of the data you enter, including amounts, VAT rates, payment references, or recipient information. You should verify all invoices before sending them.

No Professional Advice

The service is a software tool and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoicing practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for specific questions.

Third-Party Services

Flathunters Sàrl relies on third-party providers (including hosting, database, and email delivery services) to operate. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or service disruptions caused by these third-party providers.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Flathunters Sàrl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid to Flathunters Sàrl in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

Non-payment

If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after issuance, a reminder will be sent granting an additional 14-day grace period. If payment is still not received after this period, we reserve the right to downgrade your account to the free plan or to delete it. You will be notified by email before any action is taken.

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud.
